Annual Operational Plan
Our Annual Operational Plan (AOP) serves as the basis for JV budget allocations and defines our operational emphasis. This plan takes direction from the four major bird conservation initiatives and responds to FWS policy on Joint Ventures (721 FW 6), as well as emerging opportunities for bird conservation delivery.
We developed our first AOP in 2008 as a bridge between the 2005 Implementation Plan and its revision planned for 2010.
