A primary goal of the Northern Arizona State Conservation Partnership is to build partnerships to achieve milestones in bird-related science and habitat management. Its objectives include: building and fostering partnerships; connecting partners with bird-related projects; emphasizing management within priority habitats and with focal bird species; carrying out management actions related to specific habitat and science projects benefiting focal bird species; pursuing diverse funding sources and cost-sharing resources; sharing successes, lessons learned and technical transfer; and assisting with increasing field capacity for habitat conservation projects through partnerships and leveraged funding.
