Three Joint Ventures (JVs) conserve habitat for priority bird species, other wildlife, and people in Montana. The Intermountain West Joint Venture (IWJV), Prairie Pothole Joint Venture (PPJV), and Northern Great Plains Joint Venture (NGPJV) cover all of Montana, bringing together collaborative, regional partnerships to accomplish science-based projects and programs.
