Washington
The Washington Conservation Partnership is a self-directed work group including representatives from State and Federal agencies, tribes, non-government conservation organizations, land trusts, local conservation districts, universities and private landowners. The primary goal is to use public-private partnerships to conserve important wildlife habitat throughout eastern Washington. Emphasis is placed on strategic conservation of wetland, sage-steppe, riparian, and Palouse Prairie grassland habitats.
